Seven of our Transition Year students participated in the Microsoft DreamSpace Ambassador Programme—attending online training sessions with Microsoft educators and bringing their knowledge back into the classroom. They designed and delivered lessons on three key digital topics to all three First Year classes at Gortnor Abbey – MicroBit & coding, Safer Internet, and Artificial Intelligence. They received the highest award – Distinction and are pictured receiving their certificates here in Microsoft, with their facilitator, Ms Watts. Congratulations to all involved!
